Several years ago, my wife and I came to Austin from Detroit in search of a condominium so that we could spend more quality time with our son and his family. A mutual friend recommended that we work with Tom because of his background and business skills as we were attempting to find and purchase a condo in just three days. Obviously, an undertaking of this nature requires a person with superior orgainzational skills combined with the ability to help everyone in the equation make timely decisions. Tom turned out to be the right person. From our first meeting, it was clear that we were working with an experienced business executive, who also had significant knowledge of the Austin real estate market.
When we arrived in Austin, we found Tom's preparation thorough as we quickily visited a number of candidate condos positioned exactly in our price range. Once we selected a unit, Tom quickly got our offer processed, presented to the owner, expedited two rounds of negotiation, and got us our condo in the three days alloted. Just as important, Tom pursued all of the closing details with the same thoroughness.
Both my wife and I feel very comfortable recommending Tom to anyone interested in learning about investing in real estate in the Austin area.
